Our prices do not include permits and fees or land preparation as fees and site conditions can vary greatly by area. Homesites are not included. We are a design builder and have other floor plans available. As a design builder, we can also custom build a home to your specific needs and desires. Construction in flood hazard areas may incur additional charges. FHA and VA contracts will also incur additional charges.
