Please see our homesite price sheet. We are a design builder and have other floor plans available. As a design builder, we can also custom build a home to your specific needs and desires. Construction in flood hazard areas may incur additional charges. For construction outside the City of North Port, please add a 3% surchage. FHA and VA contracts will also incur additional charges.
