Our prices include all permits and fees, land preperation, utilities, and standard site amenities. Please see our features sheet for more details. Homesites are not included. Please see our homesite price sheet. We are a design builder and have other floor plans available. As a design builder, we can also custom build a home to your specific needs and desires. Construction in flood hazard areas may incur additional charges. For construction outside the City of North Port, please add a 3% surchage. FHA and VA contracts will also incur additional charges.
